Friday 3rd May, will be offered as Day of Total Knowledge for Enlightenment.
This is the first
of a series of four special courses on the Cognitions of Lady
Seers. These courses, featuring video lectures and readings, have
been prepared by the "Foundation of Consciousness-Based
Education" under Maharishi’s direct guidance. There will be an
opportunity for participants to relate the readings to their
personal experiences.
The central highlight of our first Day of Total Knowledge for Enlightenment is
a beautiful video-taped discussion between Maharishi and renowned
Vedic sage Brahmarshi Daivarata about the knowledge and
perceptions of the lady Rishis, as recorded in the Vedic Literature.
This lecture focusses on the Cognitions of Shachi and Vakambrini.
We will be going deeply into all the beautiful points of knowledge
presented in this lecture.
Saturday
begins with a short selection from a talk in which Maharishi answers a
question about women becoming enlightened. We will hear an audio talk
by Dr Susie Dillbeck, President of the International "Foundation of
Consciousness-Based Education", giving an overview of Maharishi’s
talk.
The Days of Total Knowledge for Enlightenment are
designed for women to accelerate their own growth towards
enlightenment by enjoying a deeply fulfilling opportunity to focus
together on Maharishi’s knowledge.
We are familiar
with the principle brought out by Maharishi, ‘What we put our attention
on grows stronger in our awareness’. The Days of Total Knowledge
for Enlightenment were named and designed by Maharishi to enliven
this principle in three ways:
- unfolding greater depths of knowledge about full enlightenment in Unity Consciousness
- putting our collective attention on this state
through Maharishi’s lectures and writings, and sharing our
perspectives with each other
- integrating our experiences more deeply through group practice of the Transcendental Meditation and TM-Sidhi programme.
On Sunday
we will follow the customary Residence Course schedule which includes
extended practice of the TM and TM-Sidhi Programme as well as video
lectures by Maharishi (including a talk on Vedic
Cognition).
Course Participants will also have the opportunity to discuss experiences with a Mother Divine TM-Sidhi Administrator.
